Working within this small team to eventually become head of post production. I was involved in an extensive range of work and played a key role in the company's progression from still digital imagery to editing video and interactive DVD programming. The work demanded a strong knowledge of digital, video and broadcast standards. I was also involved in the day-to-day running of the business such as liaising with clients and managing quotes and budgets. Working closely with small independent companies as well as large music and broadcast companies proved invaluable to my work today.
