    Skills

As a  versatile editor, with a solid and extensive track record in the industry, I have led prestigious big international series by setting style and supervising large number of editors on a wide range of programmes; from drama to docudrama, to documentary of all sorts and current affairs.

As the "Head Editor" of Asian Food Channel (Scripps Networks Interactive) I was responsible to run the editing department of this popular TV station in South East Asia and managing its 12 permanent staffs, 8 editors and 4 junior editors, plus freelance editors who post-produced all the outputs of this channel with many original big documentary series like "The Big Break".

I recruited most of the editing team there, train and advise them regularly by watching their end products on a daily basis in order to ensure the high editing standard, creative and craftsmanship, of AFC's original produced programmes.

I acted as Supervising Editor on AFC original productions, Promos, Vignettes and TVCs. To deliver the product for TX on time I worked with the production managers and producers on the do-ability of the post-production schedule and ironed out the problem areas before presenting it to the Creative Director for approval.

I also made sure that the right tools were being used by my team to deliver the programmes and planed the future growth of the editing department in terms of technology and personnel.
