Incredibly tight turnaround: just four days to produce a one hour reality show from scratch to broadcast with a team of nine. I created the show format and organised the entire system of production, while cutting engaging emotional narratives to show real character development. Had a team of two shooters following my hourly instructions to ensure narrative continuity. I commissioned a system of two Avid Adrenalins digitising at 2:1 - an assemble suite, and a finishing suite with final mix and grade taking place as we cut (eliminating the conform) so final `offline' play-out was the TX master.
