    This Morning - ITV1 , United Kingdom
    2008 - Producer/Director
    Producer/Director: This Morning (Day Time- ITV1), ITVP (2004 - 2008).
Produced and directed a diverse and complex range of material, including series strands and one-off specials. Ultimate responsibility for budgeting and delivery of high end product to tight deadline. Long, unsociable hours were often de rigueur.
Precise knowledge of OFCOM statutory codes and guidelines acquired for the production of competition and medical VT's.

Working in a large organisation (ITV) required mature and measured people skills; ideas were pitched on a daily basis, scarce resources were often assigned on the basis of trust around personal relationships.
Worked across a variety of genres: lifestyle, make-overs, health, fashion, cookery, true life stories, relationship/sex features and entertainment - including Hollywood A-list junkets, red carpet reports and behind the scenes VT's.
    Extensive live OB experience.

Putting Beckett on Film - Blue Angel Films , United Kingdom
    2001 - Director
Shot over a 12 month period, I wrote and directed the story of how 19 Samuel Beckett plays were transformed into film by some of the biggest names in the business.
I conducted all the face to face interviews, including those with Anthony Minghella, John Hurt, Jeremy Irons, Neil Jordan, Alan Rickman, Michael Lindsay-Hogg, Conor McPherson and Juliet Stephenson.
Late into the project, the brief changed - growing to include six extra "intro" packages to accompany the transmission of the films on RTÉ (the budget did not increase, neither was the deadline extended). Pressure on delivery was formidable. Not only was the deadline made, but we also came in under budget. Check the Gate - Putting Beckett on Film was subsequently included in the Beckett on Film DVD box set.
The Beckett on Film project won the 'Best TV Drama' award at the South Bank Show Awards in 2002.
