As a freelance presenter and journalist, I currently work as a Global News Anchor for Al Jazeera English in London and as a Correspondent for Five News.

I deliver live porgrammes from London throughout the week. In addition I report on daily news stories in the field and in the studio.

I have substantial experience of making and presenting features and programmes in the developing world. I am a current affairs specialist with in-depth knowledge of global affairs, particularly in the Middle East, where I lived for three years.

My previous credits include roles as a Correspondent and Presenter with ITV's London Tonight, the ITV News Channel, BBC's Liquid News and GMTV.

I began my career in twenty-four hour news at ITV's News Channel and went on to become C5's Entertainment correspondent - fronting the channel's flagship Breakfast Show. I have also presented BBC's Liquid News 24 - shown on BBC 1 & BBC2 and BBC America which included live coverage of awards such as the Berlin Film festival, the Comedy Awards and the Baftas.

As a respected media pundit, I have contributed industry news pieces to other outlets weekly on BBC Radio Five Live and on BBC Radio 4's flagship Today programme. I also co-presented on London's LBC Radio as a guest presenter.
