Documenting Ed Mitchell's tough journey back from rehab over the past year as he faces the effects his destructive behaviour and alcoholism has had on his family and friends. As one of the original directors, building on the close relationship formed over the year, I was able to get under his skin as he tries to come to terms with the death of former colleague Carol Barnes, and meeting up with a former drinking buddy. ITV controller of documentaries and current affairs Jeff Anderson said: "Throughout the year, many viewers have asked us if he's since managed to turn his life around, and this follow-up film will provide the answer."
