I series produced two online series for Future Studios's online series Truly. With my team, we delivered two 8-10 minute short form documentaries every week to post on Snap Chat, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok.
I was responsible for overseeing a team of seven, compliance across all platforms, creating and reviewing budgets, creating series timelines from commission to distribution, overseeing all casting, pre-production, crewing, edit producing all online versions including cutdowns, analysing data across all platforms and testing thumbnails, tiles and titles for optimum results of CTR's.
In 4 months, after I rebranded and reconfigured production protocols - we hit a weekly average of 500K unique views on each platform, with an average watch time of 3 minutes and 30 seconds and becoming the highest-earning online series for the company.
As my team's line manager, I introduced HR policies with regular 121's and using my experience in broadcast, developed my team's confidence, and key skills in a positive, productive environment despite demanding timeframes to produce output.
