About Dominic

  • Share profile:
Granada trained, German speaking, experienced Shooting AP and DV Director with a background in popular factual, history and science programming for all major broadcasters. I have extensive foreign filming experience (US, China, Africa, Middle East) and have worked with on screen talent many times.

A confident and experienced camera operator, most recently I have been DV directing using the tapeless, HD Canon XF305. I have directed and edit produced.

I have carried out lots of contributor casting and story research. My legal background means I am persuasive, a good negotiator and not fazed by legal or ethical issues. I have lived and worked in Germany and previous productions haven't required fixers in German speaking countries. In addition, I have worked on location in environmentally and politically difficult locations, and filmed the police and armed forces.
