    Self shooting 3D and 2D factual documentary producer/director with extensive experience of filming (on all full size HD cameras and formats) all around the world.
    Experienced and trained 3D director and cameraman.  

    I specialise in stylish, narrative led programmes on art/design, history and wildlife as well as observational documentary, both 30 and 60 minutes.

    Credits for BBC 1, Channel 4, Channel 5, ITV, National Geographic, Discovery, Discovery 3D, Sky 3D, Sky Arts, Travel Channel and History Channel.

    Ability to approach subjects intelligently and sensitively while keeping things visually striking and dynamic using exceptional photography. Skilled at being able to find and tell an engaging story with a keen attention to high production values, including extensive experience of directing/shooting dramatic reconstructions.

    Trained on 3D cinematography course at Sony Pictures studios in Hollywood. Tons of shooting experience on Panasonic 3DAG1 as well as full size mirror rigs using SI2Ks and Sony P1s. Extensive experience of all HD formats and tapeless workflow.

    Great at working with and getting the best out of others, whether crew, presenters or contributors.

    Skills include being able to shoot/light own material, from EX1 to full Cine Alta HD and sharp, intelligent script writing.  Hundreds of edit hours under my belt mean I can shoot efficiently.

    Experienced at directing a large crew with grip equipment, aerial filming, specialist camera rigs etc and also intimate one or two man director/camera shoots.

    Wide experience of shooting around the world in a variety of challenging locations and conditions. I've directed documentaries throughout the USA and Canada as well as China, Hong Kong, Russia, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Peru, Australia, Greenland, Syria, South Africa, Panama and all over Europe.
